This solid rock formation is particularly popular with canoeists and bears the name of "natural entrance" to the Ardèche Gorges. From La Grand'Terre Campsite, you can reach it in just a few minutes by car. The campsite team will give you all the information you need to access the site.

The most enticing site is the Chauvet-Pont d'Arc Cave, inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. The cave is devoted to research and so is closed to the public, but its museum is just as fascinating.
