- December to March : Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Friday, 9am to 1pm.
- April, May, June and September: Daily from 9h00 to 12h00 and from 14h00 to 19h00
- July and August : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
When the campsite is open, you’ll find a tourist information corner with brochures and maps of the region at reception. A library with books for young and old, as well as board games.
You can also come and find out about and book your various sporting activities, such as canoeing down the Ardèche, canyoning, paddle or yoga…

The Bar / Restaurantat our campsite in Ruoms
Our campsite restaurant offers traditional cuisine with table service or takeaway.
On the menu: salads, great burgers and homemade pizzas, as well as meats, salads, fries …
For groups, cousinades, seminars or other events, don’t hesitate to contact us, as we can offer you different formulas: breakfast, half-board, full board, themed meals…
Our bar offers a wide range of drinks, cocktails, ice creams and breakfasts.
You’ll also find an area with free Wi-Fi connection.
Heated pools with waterslides, Jacuzziand private riverside beach
Our heated swimming pool has large sunbathing areas. It features a slide, three pentaglides and a pretty paddling pool for the little ones.
You’ll also discover the benefits of the relaxation area with its outdoor Jacuzzi and hydromassage beds.
It is open and heated every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm from April to September.
Please note that only swimming trunks are permitted and that you must wear the wristband issued on arrival.

Service on pitches and in mobile homes is subject to a charge. We offer different packages, by the hour or unlimited. You can choose the package that best suits your needs.
The hourly package is ideal if you want to enjoy the service for just a few hours. The unlimited package is ideal if you want to enjoy the service for the duration of your stay.

The grocerycamping La Grand’terre
In our grocery store, you’ll find bread and pastries baked on the premises, newspapers and magazines, a full range of everyday products, fruit and vegetables, fresh produce, postcards and stamps, ice bread, ice cubes and toys.
But also local products such as honey, jams, olive oil, chestnut cream, terrines and wines.
The grocery store is open throughout the season from April to September.

- Laundry facilities are available 24/7. Tokens are available at reception for the washing machines and dryers. Ironing facilities are also available for your convenience.
- We also have a charging station for electric cars, to support environmentally-friendly mobility. Located at the entrance to the campsite parking lot, it is accessible 24/7. The terminals are compatible with most electric cars and work with Freshmile software. Recharging time depends on the power of the terminal and the car’s battery.
