Our gift certificates can be used while the campsite is open, for a specific weekend between April and June or in September, or for a week-long stay in July or August.

Our gift certificates are valid and can be combined for a period of two years from their issue date, for any stay on a camping pitch or in a rental. The period of validity and name of the recipient are clearly stated on the front of the certificate.

Recipients can use their gift certificates to pay for all or part of a stay on a camping pitch or in a rental. They can also pay for their stay with multiple certificates. Each certificate has its own unique code. With that code, the credit on the gift certificate will be deducted from the total price of the stay.

Gift certificates can also be used for add-ons like insurance or hiring sheets, high chairs, baby baths and cots, but cannot be applied to additional services (in the restaurant/bar, for activities, etc.).

Our gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in whole or in part, for example if the value of a certificate exceeds the price of the chosen stay, or if the stay is cancelled and does not qualify for a discount.

Gift certificates can be replaced on request.

You can make your payment by cheque (from a French bank) or by bank card.
After contacting us, please return your booking agreement by post, with your payment enclosed, to the following address: La Grand'Terre Campsite, BP 1, 07120 Ruoms, France.

We will send you the gift certificate on receipt of your payment.

If you have received a gift certificate

To book a stay using your gift certificate, follow these steps (subject to availability):

• Ring us on +33 (0)4 75 39 64 94 (recommended before you send in your gift certificate to check our availability).
• Send us your gift certificate with your booking agreement and choice of accommodation (pitch or mobile home rental) to: La Grand'Terre Campsite, BP N°1, 07120 Ruoms, France. We will send you a confirmation by email or post as soon as possible.
