What are the opening dates?
The campground is open from mid-April to mid-September. This year the campsite is open from 6 April to 8 September 2019.

The campsite is guarded by a night watchman during July / August. The campsite is quiet and calm even during the high season. The animations end at the latest at midnight.

We ask visitors to come and report to the reception. The entrance is free, only visitors do not have access to the pool.

There are barbecues facilities on the campsite, simply bring your charcoal. Our PREMIUM mobil home have their own barbecue.
Do you accept groups?
We accept groups in the off season.
How does the wifi work on your campsite?
We have a paying wifi service on the pitches and mobile homes with packages per hour, day or week. Simply select the desired package and pay directly on your computer. You have a free access of 20 minutes every 6 hours at the restaurant and bar.
Are there a cash machine on site?
No, we do not have a distributor in the campsite, you'll find one in the center of Ruoms or inside the supermarket SUPER U.
I am interested in staying at your campsite, how can I book?
-By Internet: you can check our availability, rates and book directly on our website. A deposit of 25% of stay is required. The online payment system is secure. You receive a booking confirmation as soon as possible.
- By phone at 04 75 39 64 94 or by email email@example.com. We will check availability and will set a valid option 7 days on the holiday chosen. A booking form will be sent by email or mail. You will have to return it to us completed, signed and with the deposit to valid the reservation.
What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (from € 10) and cash.

What are the possible arrival days?
Mobile home arrivals are possible every day in the off season and Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in July / August subject to the type of mobile home and availability.
We rent pitches by the night, so you can arrive every day of the week.

From what date can I book? Can I book from one year to the next?
We do not take reservations from one year to another. The reservations opening date will be announced on our website and our Facebook page at the end of each season (September) for the next season.
How does the cancellation insurance? How it would cost me?
Cancellation insurance is to take out when booking. Here is the calculation of cancellation insurance - interruption:

What are the reception hours? Off season and in July / August?
January to March: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00am and 14:00 to 18:00pm
April to June and September: daily from 9:00 to 12:00am and 14:00 to 19:00pm
July and August: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00am and 2:00 to 8:00pù and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What if I arrive outside the reception opening hours?

Should we give a deposit on arrival? What is the amount?
There are 3 different deposits. A deposit of 16 € for the badge to open the gate; a deposit of 200 € for the mobile home and a deposit of 100 € for the household if we can not do inventory with you at your departure. These deposits (by credit card or cash) will be returned the day of departure.
At what time can I take possession of the mobile home? Can I arrive before this time?
We give the keys of the mobile homes from 4pm (3pm in the off season). If you arrive before we ask you to inform us by phone or email.
Do you rent bikes? What are the terms and rates? Do you rent with baby carriers?
We offer bike rental at the reception (possible with baby carrier). The rental is 9 euros for half a day, 13 euros per day and 45 euros per week. We require a deposit of € 150 per bike.
Can we book activities from your site?
From our campsite, we can offer guided walks, your descent of the Ardèche by canoe with shuttle from the campsite (July / August), and other sports such as canyoning, climbing, caving and visit the Caverne du Pont d'Arc or Aven d'Orgnac.
What happens at the departure? Should we make an appointment? Can I stay on the campsite after liberating my mobile home ?
For the departure in a mobile home, you must make an appointment at the reception the day before your departure and we will do an inventory with you at the selected time. Pitches must be vacated by 11:30.
Of course you can stay a little longer at the campsite to enjoy our infrastructure.

Do you rent beds or baby chairs? What is the price?
We can rent a baby cot, bath and high chair. The cost is € 2 per night per item. For example, renting a chair for 1 week would be 14 €.
Do you have laundry facilities on the campsite? How does it work ?
The laundry has 4 washing machines (7kilos) and a tumble dryer. The chips (€ 4 for washing with detergent and € 3.50 to dry) are sold at the reception.
What languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English and Dutch at the campsite reception.
I have a technical problem on my site, where to go?
For all problems, do not hesitate to go to the reception. We will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Can I send my mail on the campsite?
We send the mail every day at 9am. We have a mailbox within and outside the reception.

Schedules for the Mini Club from 10:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. The children's club welcomes children from 4 to 12 years.
Are there any entertainment every night of the week?
There is entertainment for all ages every night of the week except Saturday.
Do you organize welcome drinks?
A welcome drink is organized every Sunday evening in July / August. We present our team, practical information and possible activities on La Grand'Terre. Our partners (canoeing, canyoning, hiking etc.) will also inform you about their services and rates.
